Therapy Guiding You Toward Intention
Welcome
Greenlight Counseling offers both in-person and virtual therapy, and specializes in anxiety, eating disorders, relationship concerns, life transitions, college counseling, and women's health.
About Me
Hi, my name is Christine. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and the owner of Greenlight Counseling. For nearly a decade, I have supported the positive change and growth of folks in the Triangle area. I'm deeply passionate about this work and committed to helping clients connect with their most authentic, intentional selves.
I offer a therapy experience that feels welcoming and attainable with a focus on helping you feel more confident and in control of your life again. My approach is warm, relaxed, and highly collaborative while grounded in empathy and focused on providing practical, real-life tools.
To help maximize your potential, I integrate a variety of modalities and tailor my approach to fit the needs of my clients rather than follow one singular model. Some of the approaches that I pull from include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectic Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Relational Therapy.

Services Offered

Durham Therapy
Located at the edge of Duke University’s East Campus in a cozy home-like office, therapy sessions are offered in-person for those who are looking for face-to-face interaction without the distraction.

Virtual Therapy
To make therapy more convenient and accessible, telehealth therapy is a great option for folks who prefer to receive support from the comfort of their own homes.

Walk & Talk Therapy
Sometimes, traditional therapy can feel intimidating. Getting outside and engaging in gentle movement as a part of the session can be an incredible way to practice mindfulness in real time.
*Offered at the Durham office using the Duke East Campus Loop.
